Meer info: Mooneye is terug, met een nieuw album (release: februari 2024) én een tour! Met nieuwe songs, welbekende hits zoals Bright Lights, Fix The Heater en Thinking About Leaving, geliefde albumtracks en een band die na jaren perfect op elkaar is ingespeeld.

Na het succesvolle debuutalbum Big Enough dook Mooneye eind 2022 de studio in voor een opvolger. Frontman Michiel Libberecht wilde terugkeren naar de essentie van de band: intimiteit vanuit een akoestische basis. Inspiratie haalde hij bij de American way of songwriting, met elementen uit de folk en country, en invloeden als Kevin Morby, de akoestische Beck en soundtracks van Morricone en Luppi.

Mooneye is geen onbekende voor Wilde Westen: zo kroonden ze zich tot onze Lotto Wild Talent in 2019, verkochten De Kreun uit in 2022 én speelden deze zomer op BOS! festival.
